BBA Complaints Conference Update

The British Bankers Association (BBA) has postponed its planned Complaints Management conference on the 19th May until 16th June.

Andrew Aldred, Head of Marketing for Charter UK commented; 'As event sponsor we are still committed to supporting this important event in the BBA's 2011 seminar programme.
Like many of our banking clients we will be paying close attention to the FSA's announcement its new rules regarding complaint handling and the impact it will have on the Banking sector.'
